In 2005, Börje Peratt was assigned the task of creating leadership training for the TYA (Transport, Occupational and Health Committee) in the transport industry. The courses were soon fully booked and the participants requested a continuation for themselves and their colleagues. As a result, a three-step course was developed. The courses were highly rated by the participants and were regularly in high demand.
